Roy Halladay: Mr. Doctober!

2010 NLDS: Philadelphia Phillies vs. Cincinnati Reds
Phillies lead series, 1-0

Game 1: Phillies 4 - Reds 0

Halladay: 9.0 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 ER, 1 BB, 8 K, 0.00 ERA

In his postseason debut, Roy "Doc" Halladay has made history! HE NO-HIT THE REDS!

He now joins Don Larsen, who threw a perfect game in the 1956 World Series, as the only pitchers to ever throw no-hitters in the postseason.

This was also Halladay's second no-hitter of the season-- he threw a perfect game in May against the Florida Marlins. The last pitcher to throw 2 no-hitters in one season was Nolan Ryan in 1973.

The only blemish in Halladay's gem today was a fifth inning walk to Jay Bruce.

And now the Reds, down 0-1, have the dubious honor of facing the second component of the trio (Halladay, Hamels, Oswalt) that has become known as H2O in Philadelphia-- Roy Oswalt.

Uh, oh!
